GETIN Terms of Use

Last updated 17 October 2026

Version 2026.1 · Effective 17 October 2026 · Operator Get In Inc., 452 NE 31st Street, Miami, FL 33137, United States

1 Operator, acceptance and applicable documents

1.1 The Services, including getin.xyz and the GETIN apps, are operated by Get In Inc., a Florida corporation, 452 NE 31st Street, Miami, FL 33137, United States (GETIN). Contact help@getin.xyz for support. Before creating an account or accepting these Terms through a designated action, you must have an opportunity to read and retain them. Merely accessing public information does not waive nonwaivable rights or supply consent to marketing or tracking.

1.2 Confirmed purchases are governed first by mandatory law and the applicable Market Schedule, then the Customer Agreement, Refund Policy and activated service terms. Organizer activity is governed by its accepted business agreement. These Terms do not change an existing purchase or separately signed agreement. The Privacy Policy describes processing and does not authorize it by contractual consent.

2 Eligibility, accounts and verification

2.1 You must have legal capacity for the action you take and meet the disclosed account eligibility and Event age rules. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. An Organizer representative must be authorized to act for its entity. Give accurate details, protect credentials and verification codes, and promptly report suspected compromise.

2.2 You are responsible for actions you authorize and culpable misuse, subject to law. Possession of credentials alone does not prove authorization of a disputed action. Verification requests must be relevant and proportionate. Account recovery must preserve lawful access to paid tickets, refunds and complaints.

3 Permitted use and prohibited conduct

3.1 You may use features enabled for your role for lawful purposes. Do not defeat access controls, purchase limits, waiting rooms or security measures; use unauthorized bots to gain unfair ticket access; counterfeit or duplicate tickets; impersonate others; distribute malware; interfere with availability; infringe intellectual property; harass others; or process another person’s information unlawfully. Statutory rights and expressly authorized interoperability or security activities are unaffected.

3.2 Bulk extraction, resale of platform data or use of another Organizer’s attendee information requires specific lawful authority. An API, dashboard or assistant permission is limited to its granted scope. Do not use access to construct unauthorized profiles, marketing lists or external AI-training datasets.

4 Events, content and intellectual property

4.1 Organizers control their Events and are responsible for their advertised benefits and lawful admission rules. GETIN remains responsible for its own Services. Prices and availability may change before a confirmed transaction; an external listing or recommendation is not a booking.

4.2 GETIN and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software and marks. You retain rights in your submitted content and grant a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, technically adapt and display it as necessary to provide and promote the relevant feature in its disclosed audience and channels. You must have the required rights. Unrelated advertising, endorsements or publicity uses require their own authority; this clause is not a blanket image release.

4.3 Report unlawful, infringing or deceptive content through help@getin.xyz, identifying the content, location, grounds and a contact for review. GETIN may request reasonable supporting information, investigate and take proportionate action. Any additional legally required notice, statement of reasons, complaint or appeal process applies.

5 Connected services and assistants

5.1 An external service has access only within the permissions granted and actual account role. Review its provider and privacy terms before connecting it. Disconnecting stops future authorized access through that connection but does not automatically delete copies already lawfully received by the provider.

5.2 AI output can be inaccurate. Check material prices, availability, recipients and requested changes before authorizing them. A conversational response or tool attempt is not a completed purchase, refund, payout or event publication. Completion requires the relevant GETIN confirmation or provider receipt. This does not exclude responsibility for misleading statements or defective services for which GETIN is legally responsible.

5.3 GETIN’s general access terms do not authorize unrelated model training, marketing consent, purchases, automatic future charges or expanded permissions. Material changes to an integration’s purposes or access require the legally required notice and authorization.

6 Suspension, review and service changes

6.1 GETIN may proportionately restrict an account, transaction or content where reasonably necessary for fraud, security, legal compliance or material breach. Give reasons and a route to challenge an error unless unlawful or likely to compromise an investigation. A restriction must not arbitrarily confiscate unrelated tickets or funds. Escalate an imminent Event or blocked statutory remedy through support.

6.2 GETIN may maintain and improve Services with reasonable care. Discontinuing a feature does not extinguish paid entitlements, accrued obligations or mandatory remedies. Necessary migration or closure arrangements must address tickets, refunds, lawful data export and remaining balances. No uptime, sales or third-party performance guarantee applies unless expressly agreed.

7 Responsibility and disputes

7.1 Each party remains responsible for its own acts and legal obligations. GETIN provides its Services with reasonable care and skill where required. Nothing excludes fraud, nonexcludable negligence, mandatory consumer remedies or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. For purchases, the Customer Agreement’s approved liability rules govern; this document creates no additional cap for unrelated free-account claims.

7.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the state and federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida have jurisdiction, in each case subject to mandatory consumer protections and consumer jurisdiction rights, as further set out in the Customer Agreement’s Market Schedule. No global arbitration agreement, class-action waiver or shortened statutory claim period is imposed here. Informal support is encouraged but cannot stop lawful payment disputes, regulator complaints or urgent relief.

8 Changes, termination and contact

8.1 Changes apply prospectively with required notice and renewed assent where necessary. Continued use is not treated as consent to optional data processing or as approval of an undisclosed material change. The version accepted for an order continues to govern that order.

8.2 You may close an account through available controls or help@getin.xyz. Closure does not cancel confirmed tickets, unpaid obligations or valid claims. Data retention and rights are governed by the Privacy Policy and law. Invalid provisions are severed only as law allows; a waiver of one breach does not waive others. Legal notices may be sent to Get In Inc., 452 NE 31st Street, Miami, FL 33137, United States, or legal@getin.xyz.
