GETIN Organizer Platform Agreement

Last updated 17 October 2026

Version 2026.1 · Effective 17 October 2026 · Operator Get In Inc., 452 NE 31st Street, Miami, FL 33137, United States

1 Agreement and scope

1.1 Parties and acceptance. This agreement is between the GETIN legal entity and the professional event organizer identified in the completed Order Form (GETIN and Organizer). It takes effect when both parties sign the Order Form or complete an expressly identified electronic acceptance process. The person accepting for Organizer warrants authority to bind it. An account name or trading brand does not replace identification of the contracting entity.

1.2 Documents. The Agreement comprises these terms, the Order Form, any applicable Market Schedule and expressly activated service schedules. A mandatory Market Schedule prevails; a signed Order Form or service schedule overrides these terms only where it expressly identifies the provision varied. A data processing agreement (DPA) prevails on the processing it governs. Organizer purchase orders and website terms do not amend this Agreement.

1.3 Definitions. Services means the GETIN platform and tools expressly enabled for Organizer. Event means an event listed by or for Organizer. Customer means a purchaser; Holder means a person entitled to use a ticket. Event Terms means the specific event and product disclosures presented before purchase. Customer Terms means the GETIN customer terms version identified in the Order Form. Sales Proceeds means amounts actually collected for Organizer, before the deductions permitted below. Business Day means a day specified as such in the Order Form or, if none is specified, a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Miami, Florida. Contract Year means each successive twelve-month period from the effective date, with the final period ending on termination.

1.4 Separate arrangements. This is a nonexclusive platform agreement. It creates no minimum sales, marketing spend, financing, advance, credit facility, minimum inventory commitment or exclusivity. Any such commitment requires a separate signed agreement identifying its scope and economics. This Agreement does not amend a separately negotiated agreement unless the parties expressly agree.

2 Appointment and responsibilities

2.1 Limited agency. Organizer appoints GETIN as its disclosed, nonexclusive agent to list authorized inventory, conclude purchases on Organizer’s behalf, issue tickets and administer customer communications and remedies within this Agreement. Collection authority applies only to the payment model recorded in the Order Form. GETIN may use approved processors and distribution providers for those purposes. GETIN has no authority to bind Organizer outside this scope.

2.2 Seller and payment roles. Organizer is the supplier of its Events, admissions and Organizer-supplied extras and must be identified to Customers accordingly. The Order Form must identify the seller, payment collector, processor, merchant account and any merchant-of-record role for each payment flow. A card descriptor does not determine the legal supplier. Receipt of payment by Organizer’s authorized collector discharges the Customer’s corresponding payment obligation, notwithstanding a later payout delay. Any reversal is handled under the Customer Terms and applicable law.

2.3 Independent businesses. Organizer controls and is responsible for Event production, performance, venue operations and fulfillment. GETIN supplies the agreed Services and remains responsible for its own contractual and mandatory legal obligations. No partnership, employment, general agency or fiduciary relationship is created, except duties necessarily arising from the limited agency or imposed by applicable law. No escrow, trust, deposit protection, safeguarding arrangement or insurance is represented unless expressly required by law or documented for the applicable payment model.

3 Organizer warranties and event delivery

3.1 Authority and compliance. Organizer warrants throughout the term that it has the rights, capacity, permits, venue and performer commitments, intellectual property licenses and other approvals needed to advertise, sell and deliver each Event and product. It will pay performers, suppliers, venues, rights organizations and its personnel; comply with applicable consumer, accessibility, safety, employment, alcohol, tax, sanctions, anti-bribery and other laws; and maintain the legally required and agreed Event insurance. GETIN may reasonably request supporting evidence before sales or payout.

3.2 Accurate offer. Before sales open, Organizer must supply accurate seller details, inventory, date and venue, lineup, admission and age restrictions, accessible facilities, product inclusions, refund policy, total pricing inputs and all material conditions. It must disclose device, ID, group-entry, arrival and redemption requirements before commitment. Mandatory charges, taxes and optional extras must be displayed at the legally required stage. Organizer must not use misleading scarcity, fake reviews, unlawful discrimination or hidden mandatory charges.

3.3 Fulfillment. Organizer must honor valid tickets and expressly promised seats, zones, accessibility arrangements and benefits, maintain lawful capacity and prevent overselling across sales channels. It must provide competent admission staff and a practical verification and escalation process. An illustrative map does not cancel a specifically promised feature. A door policy does not override mandatory rights or justify retaining payment for an unjustifiably refused entitlement.

3.4 Accounts and delegates. Organizer is responsible for its authorized personnel, contractors and integrations, access permissions, lawful instructions and activity attributable to them. It must secure devices and credentials, revoke obsolete access, avoid shared logins and notify GETIN promptly of compromise. It is not responsible for an act solely caused by GETIN’s breach. GETIN may require identity, beneficial ownership, tax and bank verification and refuse unsupported third-party payout instructions.

4 Customer terms and event changes

4.1 Consistent terms. Organizer authorizes the Customer Terms identified in the Order Form for its sales. Event Terms may add lawful, clearly disclosed conditions but may not reduce those baseline rights, contradict the confirmed purchase or bind GETIN to an unapproved obligation. Organizer must preserve the relevant offer and acceptance records for sales it controls, including assisted sales and partner checkouts. No retrospective change may worsen a confirmed Customer entitlement.

4.2 Changes and notice. Organizer must immediately notify GETIN of cancellation, postponement, material changes, inability to fulfill or a safety issue, stop misleading sales and provide a funded remedy plan. The parties will coordinate timely, accurate Customer notices. GETIN may notify Customers directly, correct a listing or stop sales where reasonably necessary to prevent harm or comply with law. Organizer must not describe GETIN as the producer or guarantor unless separately agreed and true.

4.3 Minimum remedies. Organizer must fund all remedies required by law, the accepted Customer Terms and Event Terms. For canceled or unprovided admission, this includes the unused ticket or Event-item price, mandatory ticketing fees and related taxes under the Customer Terms, subject only to the distinct completed-service exception in clause 4.4, and other legally refundable sums. A material change, including postponement without a confirmed replacement date, gives the Customer a meaningful opportunity to reject the unused affected booking and receive that refund. Partial or curtailed Event performance and unfulfilled components require the appropriate refund or price reduction, with cancellation of an affected bundle where its essential purpose is defeated. Partial use does not waive remaining lawful remedies. Minor changes alone do not create an additional discretionary refund right.

4.4 Fees and method. A fee may be retained from a Customer only for a distinct service actually and fully performed, where that fee’s nonrefundability was clearly disclosed before purchase, retention is lawful and the service was not defective through GETIN’s breach. No credit or voucher may replace a monetary refund without the Customer’s lawful agreement. Refunds follow the accepted Customer Terms, normally to the original payer and method; completed paid resale requires the separate allocation under Schedule 2. No double recovery is due, and statutory payment-dispute rights remain intact.

4.5 Funding and intervention. Organizer must cooperate promptly, answer a refund inquiry within five Business Days or any shorter applicable legal or payment-network deadline, and supply requested evidence within the reasonable period required by law or the payment provider. Organizer irrevocably authorizes GETIN, for existing transactions, to process a remedy reasonably determined to be due under clause 4.3, law or binding payment-network rules. GETIN may deduct it from Sales Proceeds and reserves and require a shortfall within two Business Days of a documented demand, or sooner where law requires. GETIN need not advance its own funds or guarantee Organizer’s solvency. Insufficient funds do not extinguish Organizer’s debt to the Customer or GETIN.

5 Fees, taxes and settlement

5.1 Agreed economics. Fees, fee payer, currency, payment charges, settlement trigger and timing, initial reserve and release conditions must be recorded in the Order Form before sales. No historical help article or default software value substitutes for that agreement. Organizer bears taxes on its supplies and income, supplies required tax information and invoices and pays its suppliers. GETIN bears taxes on its own income and performs any collection, reporting or withholding legally imposed on it. Each party will reasonably assist the other with accurate records.

5.2 Net payout. GETIN will remit cleared Sales Proceeds due to Organizer under the agreed schedule, less agreed fees and taxes, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, applicable reserves and other amounts properly due under this Agreement. Payout requires completed verification, a verified eligible bank or processor account and sufficient available funds. Pending authorizations, dashboard totals and payout requests are not payment confirmations. Processor or bank timing is distinct from GETIN’s initiation obligation; GETIN must explain material delays it becomes aware of.

5.3 Records and changes. GETIN will make available a reasonable transaction and settlement record identifying material deductions and corrections. Organizer must promptly report discrepancies; an administrative objection window does not erase a substantiated error or a mandatory claim. Bank changes are subject to GETIN’s required verification process. Each party bears losses attributable to its own breach, negligence or compromised systems. Foreign-exchange conversion and bank charges may be deducted only as disclosed in the Order Form or expressly approved for the transaction.

5.4 Debts and setoff. Organizer must pay a documented negative balance when due under the Order Form or clause 4.5. GETIN may set off amounts due from the same Organizer legal entity under this Agreement against that entity’s Sales Proceeds across its Events, subject to law and the settlement record. This does not authorize use of another entity’s money or a Customer’s funded balance. GETIN may recover reasonable, documented collection costs to the extent lawful; no default interest or penalty applies unless expressly agreed and lawful.

6 Chargebacks, reserves and risk controls

6.1 Payment disputes. Organizer bears Event-related refunds, chargebacks, payment reversals and agreed external dispute charges, except to the extent caused by GETIN’s breach, negligence or processing error. It must supply truthful fulfillment and admission evidence and must not obstruct lawful Customer disputes. GETIN may manage representment and comply with processor decisions, without guaranteeing success. Recovered amounts and reversed charges must be credited, avoiding duplicate collection.

6.2 Proportionate holds. In addition to an agreed initial reserve, GETIN may pause an affected payout or establish or increase a reserve where it reasonably identifies exposure from fraud, cancellations, abnormal disputes, insufficient refund funding, insolvency risk, material breach, legal requirements or processor restrictions. The amount must reasonably relate to the estimated exposure and must not exceed it, except where law or a processor imposes a greater hold. A reserve secures obligations; it is not a forfeiture or fee.

6.3 Review and release. Unless prohibited by law or likely to prejudice a legitimate fraud investigation, GETIN will give reasons, the amount and basis of the hold, release conditions and a contact for review. It will review an exceptional hold at least monthly and release excess funds promptly as exposure reduces. No reserve is indefinite merely because the Agreement ends. A remaining hold must relate to identifiable unresolved claims, applicable dispute periods or a binding legal or processor restriction.

6.4 Early settlements. A payout before the agreed settlement trigger is discretionary and requires written approval stating amount, repayment, recoupment and security, if any. It does not change refund liability or create an ongoing funding commitment. Credit, investment and exclusivity arrangements require separate instruments and applicable regulatory review; this Agreement alone grants no security interest or personal guarantee.

7 Platform use and service limits

7.1 Services. GETIN will provide the agreed Services with reasonable skill and care. It may maintain, update or replace functionality, subject to agreed service levels and reasonable protection of existing paid entitlements. GETIN does not guarantee sales volume, ranking, conversion rate, uninterrupted availability or error-free fraud detection. Response times, onsite staffing, hardware support and service credits apply only if expressly stated in a signed schedule. General promotional statements do not create an SLA.

7.2 Operational safeguards. Organizer must follow reasonable documented operating requirements, test its event setup and maintain admission, connectivity and reconciliation fallbacks. Offline records may lag revocations or conflict across devices. Scanner, POS and cashless functions require the relevant enabled configuration; an amount-only POS charge does not itself issue an admission ticket. Neither party may treat an unverified local scan, chip debit or dashboard status as conclusive settlement evidence.

7.3 Acceptable use. Organizer must not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, exploitative or dangerous activity; infringement; unlawful discrimination; prohibited regulated goods; spam; malware; unauthorized scraping; resale outside permitted rules; or circumvention of payment, access or security controls. GETIN may refuse categories prohibited by applicable law or disclosed processor restrictions. Organizer may not reverse engineer the Services except where law expressly permits, or use GETIN branding to imply endorsement.

7.4 Integrations and AI. Organizer must authorize and supervise its integrations, distribution partners and AI delegates, limit access to required data and review generated content before publication. A business API credential does not authorize a Customer purchase, payment or marketing consent. External providers’ terms and permissions apply only where properly disclosed and accepted. GETIN does not warrant third-party output or performance, but remains responsible for its own express obligations.

8 Data and confidentiality

8.1 Purpose-specific roles. Each party is independently responsible as controller for processing whose purposes and means it determines. This may include GETIN’s platform accounts, marketplace, payment-fraud and legal functions, and Organizer’s Event fulfillment, admission and lawful marketing. Where GETIN processes solely on Organizer’s documented instructions, an appropriate DPA must be executed before that function is used. The parties must document any joint-controller activity and required allocation before launch. A contractual label does not override the actual processing.

8.2 Permitted data use. Organizer may access Customer and attendee data only as necessary for authorized, disclosed purposes. It must provide required notices and lawful bases, minimize collection, restrict staff access, maintain appropriate security and retention and support rights requests. Purchase, guest submission, following an Event and transfer acceptance do not alone establish marketing consent. Organizer must evidence lawful marketing permissions and promptly honor and synchronize opt-outs, including for imported lists and queued campaigns.

8.3 Restricted processing. Organizer must not sell attendee data, use it for unrelated profiling or advertising, or disclose it to external AI tools outside a separately disclosed lawful arrangement. Special-category, health, identity-document or children’s data requires a documented necessity, lawful basis and approved safeguards before collection. Applicable cross-border safeguards, subprocessors and retention/deletion arrangements must be settled in the DPA or relevant controller arrangement before transfer. No party acquires ownership of a person’s data.

8.4 Incidents and cooperation. Each party must notify the other without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach affecting shared data or Services, give available facts and updates, mitigate and cooperate with lawful investigations and rights requests. Neither may delay a legally required notification while awaiting the other’s consent. Specific processor notice deadlines, audit rights and assistance obligations belong in the DPA.

8.5 Confidential information. Each party will protect the other’s nonpublic commercial, technical and security information with reasonable care and use it only for this Agreement. Disclosure is permitted to bound personnel, advisers and providers with a need to know, or as law requires, with notice where lawful. Public, previously known, independently developed and lawfully received information is excluded. These duties survive termination; trade secrets remain protected while legally secret. Lawfully anonymized statistics may be used without identifying Organizer or individuals unless otherwise agreed.

9 Intellectual property

9.1 Platform and content. GETIN and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, software and improvements. Organizer retains its content and grants GETIN a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, translate, display and distribute it through the Services and agreed channels to sell, fulfill and promote its Events. GETIN may sublicense only as necessary to providers and distribution partners for those purposes. Organizer warrants it holds the necessary rights and permissions, including performer and image rights.

9.2 Limits and end of use. The content license continues after termination only as needed for existing purchases, customer information, disputes, legal records and reasonable removal from distribution channels. New unrelated advertising requires agreement. Organizer may use approved GETIN marks during the term solely for authorized Events under brand guidance and must stop when requested for misuse or on termination, except factual notices needed for existing tickets.

10 Indemnity and liability

10.1 Organizer indemnity. Organizer will defend and indemnify GETIN, its affiliates involved in supplying the Services and their personnel against third-party claims, judgments, settlements and reasonable defense costs arising from Organizer’s Event or venue operations, nonfulfillment, inaccurate offers, infringement by its content, unlawful marketing or data use, or its breach of law or this Agreement. Fines and penalties are included only to the extent lawfully indemnifiable. This does not apply to the extent caused by an indemnified party’s breach, negligence or willful misconduct.

10.2 Claims procedure. GETIN must give prompt notice, with delay relieving Organizer only to the extent materially prejudiced. Organizer may control a defense with competent counsel reasonably acceptable to GETIN; GETIN may participate and control matters involving material conflict, regulatory exposure or urgent protection. No settlement may admit fault, impose nonmonetary duties or fail to fully release an indemnified party without its written consent, not unreasonably withheld. Both parties must cooperate and mitigate; reasonable costs caused by Organizer’s failure to defend remain recoverable.

10.3 GETIN cap. Subject to clause 10.5, GETIN’s aggregate liability arising out of this Agreement, in contract, tort or otherwise, for all claims whose first causative event falls in a Contract Year will not exceed the fees paid or payable to GETIN for its own Services to Organizer in that Contract Year, excluding Sales Proceeds, taxes and third-party pass-through charges. Related claims are allocated together to the Contract Year of their first causative event and counted once. A first causative event after termination is allocated to the final Contract Year. The cap is a risk allocation between businesses and does not reduce a Customer’s mandatory rights.

10.4 Excluded losses and payment obligations. Subject to clause 10.5, GETIN is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or lost profit, revenue, opportunity or goodwill. Organizer’s obligations to fund refunds, pay fees and taxes, restore reversed or excess payouts and indemnify under clause 10.1 are not capped or excluded by clause 10.3 or this clause. GETIN’s duty to account for and remit Sales Proceeds properly due is a payment obligation and is not reduced by its damages cap.

10.5 Preserved liabilities. Nothing excludes or limits fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or remedy that law prohibits excluding or limiting. Liability restrictions apply only to the extent enforceable in the applicable market. Each party remains responsible for its own mandatory regulatory obligations; an indemnity does not transfer those duties to the other party.

11 Suspension, termination and wind-down

11.1 Protective action. GETIN may proportionately restrict access, suspend sales, remove content or require corrective action for a credible security, fraud, legal, safety, payment or material performance risk. Except where urgent, unlawful or prejudicial to an investigation, GETIN will give reasons and a reasonable opportunity to respond or cure. Organizer may request human review through the notice contact. Any legally required notice, explanation, appeal or suspension procedure prevails.

11.2 Termination. Either party may end the Agreement on thirty days’ written notice unless the Order Form states a different term. Either may terminate for a material breach not cured within ten Business Days after notice, or immediately for an irremediable breach or where continued performance would be unlawful. GETIN may terminate for a material threat to Customers or its systems, or insolvency to the extent applicable law permits. Outstanding sales cannot be abandoned by closing an account.

11.3 Existing customers and balances. Termination stops new sales but does not cancel existing tickets or release accrued obligations. Organizer must honor or fund lawful remedies for existing purchases. GETIN may maintain limited access or an alternative process for fulfillment, refunds, records and data export, subject to security and law. The parties must reconcile and settle balances, retain only justified reserves and return or delete data under applicable arrangements. Organizer may not require deletion of legally retained financial or dispute records.

11.4 Survival. Payment, refunds, reserves, data protection, confidentiality, accrued content licenses, indemnities, liability limits, dispute provisions and other terms needed to complete existing transactions survive as their purpose requires. Force majeure may excuse delayed nonmonetary performance while the affected party promptly notifies, mitigates and seeks alternatives; it does not erase accrued payment debts, refund rights or statutory duties.

12 General terms and markets

12.1 Changes and notices. Material changes to this Agreement or agreed economics require written agreement or an express electronic acceptance process. Urgent operational changes required by law or security must be narrowly tailored and notified as soon as lawful; they cannot retroactively reduce accrued rights. Notices go to the verified contacts in the Order Form and take effect on receipt. Routine dashboard alerts do not alone constitute a material amendment. Service of legal proceedings follows applicable law.

12.2 Assignment and subcontracting. Organizer may not assign this Agreement or transfer Event obligations without GETIN’s written consent. GETIN may assign to an affiliate or business successor capable of performing its obligations on notice, without reducing accrued rights or mandatory data protections. GETIN remains responsible for its subcontracted contractual obligations. No assignment changes the recipient of money without the required verification and legal authority.

12.3 Entire agreement and severability. The Agreement is the entire agreement on its subject, without excluding liability for fraud or mandatory rights. A waiver must be explicit; delay is not a waiver. An unenforceable provision is severed only to the extent necessary, preserving the lawful remainder. Electronic signatures and counterparts are permitted where lawful. Only the parties and expressly identified indemnified parties may enforce the Agreement, to the extent applicable law permits.

12.4 Law and disputes. The governing law, competent courts or agreed arbitration process, controlling language and mandatory local amendments must be stated in an approved Market Schedule before transactions start. Representatives will first seek a good-faith resolution, without delaying urgent relief or mandatory deadlines. No universal foreign forum, arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these core terms. Mandatory local law and nonwaivable rights apply notwithstanding a chosen law.

Schedule 2 Additional services

The following modules apply only when expressly enabled and their required transaction disclosures and schedules are complete. The core Agreement continues to apply. A service may not be offered where its lawful fulfillment or Customer remedy is unavailable.

Tables seats and hospitality. Record the actual supplier, admission and seat count, guaranteed seat or zone, exclusive/shared use, full price, deposit, minimum spend, inclusions, due-at-venue balance and collector, taxes, service charges, arrival/no-show rules and material-substitution remedies. Organizer must maintain authoritative inventory and fund overselling or nonfulfillment remedies.

Transfers resale and waiting lists. State eligibility, deadlines, fee payer, barcode invalidation, transfer of extras and unsold-listing treatment. Any deferred charge needs specific Customer authority covering price, fees, quantity, validity window and withdrawal. Paid resale requires an approved schedule allocating seller proceeds, payout eligibility, chargebacks and cancellation refunds across both transactions, with a verified payout and dispute path. No ordinary gift-transfer refund rule substitutes for that allocation.

Cashless funded balances and POS. Before funding, identify the issuer, merchants, regulatory status, safeguarding if required, fees, redemption, unused-balance exit, refund funding, loss/freeze limits, offline reconciliation and event-close process. A ticket wallet, resale proceeds and a funded spending balance are separate products. No money may be loaded while a lawful balance-return route is unavailable. Card-present/POS processing requires the approved merchant and hardware setup.

Accommodation packages and protection. Require separate supplier, inventory, cancellation, balance-collection and package/travel terms where applicable. No automatic later collection may be offered without an implemented, authorized collection mechanism. Refund protection or insurance needs an identified lawful provider, product classification, coverage and claims terms before sale; a product label is not proof of insurance.

Marketing partners and AI. Specify distribution rights, commissions, authoritative inventory, branding, Customer notices and support responsibilities. CRM, pixels, audience exports and external AI access require documented permissions, purpose-specific data roles and working consent and suppression controls. Charity/donation offers require the actual recipient, authority, permitted fundraising disclosures and no unsupported tax-deductibility claim.

Schedule 3 Operational service allocation

3.1 Admission and offline scanning. Organizer will name an admission lead and escalation contact, train authorized operators, allocate device roles and maintain a fallback verification procedure. Before opening doors, the parties will test the current event inventory, device synchronization, duplicate scans, offline behavior, re-entry rules, device-clock settings and recovery from network or delivery failure. Offline acceptance can create reconciliation risk; it is not permission to deny a valid ticket without review or a waiver of consumer remedies.

3.2 Device and data handling. Organizer will restrict scanner-device access, avoid exporting unnecessary attendee details, secure local copies and report lost devices promptly. GETIN and Organizer will document local-cache retention, synchronization, access revocation and deletion in the DPA or relevant controller arrangement. Do not promise immediate remote erasure while a device is offline unless the mechanism is verified. Live ticket codes must not appear in unrestricted logs or shared issue reports.

3.3 Point of sale and equipment. A signed equipment or POS schedule must identify hardware ownership, installation, network dependencies, payment-provider approval, staff training, acceptance testing, settlement route, consumables, loss/damage allocation, return condition and timing, and any onsite support hours. Sale of a bar item or merchandise is not admission unless explicitly bundled. No statement here changes the identified merchant or makes GETIN an issuer of stored value.

3.4 Tables and deposits. Organizer must approve one authoritative inventory and explain whether the price is per table, per group or per person. The offer must separately show admissions, total package price, deposit paid now, balance, minimum spend, taxes and mandatory service charges, and discretionary gratuity. A deposit and a minimum-spend commitment are different. Any later charge must have a separately evidenced authorization. A card token alone is insufficient. Refunds, no-shows and early arrivals must map to the confirmed entitlement and lawful disclosed conditions.

3.5 White label and distribution. The service schedule must identify the visible brand, legal seller, GETIN operator, payment collector and support route at each embedded or partner checkout. Organizer may not conceal required seller identity, alter legal links, add a pre-ticked marketing choice or remove required price disclosure. The parties will specify domain ownership, accessible notices, subprocessor or controller roles, inventory synchronization, change control, customer-support routing and orderly termination of a branded domain.

3.6 Affiliates and promoter links. A commission is earned only under the agreed attribution and qualification rules. The schedule must state rate and calculation base, attribution window, treatment of tax and fees, refund/chargeback clawbacks, self-referrals, fraud and payout conditions. Affiliates must disclose a material commercial relationship where required and must not make unapproved claims, use unlawful tracking or acquire attendee lists. Attribution is not authority for cross-producer marketing or access to complete order details.

3.7 CRM and communications. Organizer must distinguish delivery and safety messages from promotion, preserve the source and scope of permission, and apply current suppressions before every queued send and export. A previously accepted list or successful validation is not current consent or a lifting of a delivery pause. GETIN may suspend unlawful or unsafe messaging without changing customer ticket rights. Dedicated sender identities, channel permissions, message-frequency promises and unsubscribe synchronization must be recorded before activation.

3.8 Connected assistants. Each integration must have a named account owner, least-privilege scopes, revocation and audit records. Organizer must ensure meaningful review of consequential listing, refund or customer-message actions. Neither general account access nor this Agreement authorizes an AI provider to train on attendee data. Training, retention, onward transfers and independent purposes require a separately assessed lawful arrangement and required notices.

3.9 Advance on sales. A dashboard request, estimated receivable, projected event revenue or account balance is not financing approval. Any advance requires a separately executed instrument identifying lender or advancing entity, principal, currency, repayment and recoupment, fees, security, conditions precedent and the interaction with refunds, processor reserves and third-party rights. An ordinary settlement request does not grant a security interest, personal guarantee or authority to transfer money between group entities.
