Using your ticket at the event
Open the ticket in My Tickets and show its QR code at the entrance. Each ticket has its own QR code.

Open My Tickets and tap the event.

Find the ticket you want to use. On a phone, swipe between tickets.

Show the QR code at the entrance so it can be scanned.
Good to know
- No QR code yet? Some events turn it on a few hours before the start, and the ticket says when. A PENDING or WAITING LIST ticket gets its QR code once it's approved.
- Some events show tickets only in the GETIN Wallet app. The ticket then says AVAILABLE ONLY ON MOBILE APP.
- Coming as a group? Each person needs their own ticket. You can transfer tickets to friends if the event allows it.
