Request a refund
If you added Ticket Insurance when buying, open the ticket, tap the ••• menu and choose Refund active ticket.

Open My Tickets and tap the event.

Choose the ticket and open the ••• menu.

Tap Refund active ticket, check the amount and tap Request refund.

The ticket shows REFUND IN PROGRESS until the refund is done.
Good to know
- Online refunds need Ticket Insurance, added at checkout. It works until a set time before the event, usually 72 hours. Service fees aren't refunded.
- Don't see the refund option? This ticket can't be refunded online. You can ask the organizer with Contact Organizer in the same menu.
- The refund covers that one ticket. Your other tickets on the same order stay valid.
